This Website is owned, managed and maintained by Empvyr Living, a real estate channel partner registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number A51900029421.
Empvyr Living is an independent marketing and sales facilitation partner. This is not the official website of the developer. We are not the promoter, builder, developer, owner or a joint-venture partner of the project displayed on this Website, and we do not claim any ownership, title or development rights in it.
"Prestige", "Prestige Nautilus" and all related names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on this Website purely to identify and describe the project being marketed.
02Nature of the information — not an offer
All content on this Website is for general information and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer, invitation, warranty, commitment, or a legally binding contract of any kind.
No booking, allotment, reservation or sale is created or concluded through this Website. Any transaction in respect of a residence shall be governed exclusively by the Agreement for Sale and other documents executed between you and the developer, and by the rules made under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
03Project information and RERA
Prestige Nautilus is registered with MahaRERA under registration number P51900009720. You are advised to independently verify all project details, approvals, registration status and disclosures on the official MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before taking any decision.
The registration of the project with MahaRERA does not amount to a guarantee, endorsement or warranty by the Authority regarding the project, its quality, or its completion.
04Representational content
- All images, renders, walkthroughs, videos, elevations, master plans, floor plans and interior visuals are artistic impressions for representational purposes only and are not to scale.
- Furniture, fittings, finishes, landscaping, vehicles, decor and props shown are for illustration and do not form part of any offering unless expressly stated in the Agreement for Sale.
- Areas, dimensions and layouts are indicative and subject to change. The carpet area recorded in your Agreement for Sale, as defined under RERA, shall prevail over anything shown here.
- Amenities and facilities described may be proposed, under construction, or subject to statutory approval, and may be modified or withdrawn by the developer.
- Distances, travel times and neighbourhood references are approximate and sourced from publicly available information.
05Pricing and availability
Prices, payment plans, offers, inventory and unit availability shown or communicated are indicative, are subject to change without prior notice, and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are typically exclusive of GST, stamp duty, registration charges, statutory levies and other charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
06Payments
Please read carefully. Empvyr Living does not collect any booking amount, token amount, application money or consideration towards the purchase of a residence.
All payments must be made only by cheque, demand draft or electronic transfer directly in favour of the developer's designated project account as specified in the developer's official documentation. Never make a payment in cash, or to any individual, or to any account other than the developer's designated account. We accept no liability for payments made contrary to this clause.
07Your submissions and consent to be contacted
When you submit your name, phone number, email address or other details through any form, call button or WhatsApp link on this Website, you:
- confirm that the information provided is true, accurate and belongs to you;
- confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract;
- expressly consent and authorise Empvyr Living, its employees, authorised representatives and the developer to contact you by telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other electronic means in relation to your enquiry, project updates, offers and site visit assistance; and
- agree that such contact shall not be treated as unsolicited communication, and that this consent overrides any DND, NDNC or similar registration on your number for the limited purpose of responding to your enquiry.
